This Restored 1870's two-story brick home,
located near the State Capital, at 1311 6th Avenue North in the historical
Germantown District. The historic structure features eleven-foot ceilings,
extensive moldings, a formal foyer with stairs, and three fireplaces.
The structure's renovation design is in keeping with the community's rich
heritage and is infused in the tradition of the Victorian era. The home
will provide expanded space for the firm's architectural design work in
the Middle Tennessee area and throughout the Eastern United States. CT received one of six bronze
plaque awards for Metro Historic Commission Preservation.
