This 11,000 square foot sanctuary represents
the first step of an overall master plan that was developed for Woodlawn
Christian Church.
This master plan enabled the congregation to determine which properties
they would need to purchase in order to meet their future growth potential.
Community Tectonics assisted in the evaluation of each of the property
options, within the larger scheme of the master plan, to assist in the
property purchases. The sanctuary is capable of seating in excess
of 700, including seating in a balcony. The addition also includes nursery
facilities to meet the increased demand for child care. Following this
project the church completed an educational addition, also designed by
Community Tectonics.
