The project is a 36 station dialysis
clinic with 2 P.D. training rooms and exam room, lounge, conference suite,
waiting, reception, lab, diet/ social offices, clinic director, water
room, storage and special use and auxiliary spaces.
The project also included extensive renovations to the exterior of the
building and site development work. The existing building is located within
a City of Grand Rapids historic district which required specific exterior
construction that was sensitive to the historic architectural character
of the district. |
