The 52,000 square foot Charlotte Ave. Medical Office Building is the latest addition to the downtown Nashville medical community. The building is a unique renovation and expansion of an existing warehouse into a state of the art multi-specialty medical facility, located on the edge of the current hospital campus. This project compliments the adjacent Urology Associates Healthcare Development that was also designed by Mr. Powell. The design utilizes the building's existing structure, roof and walls as an economical base construction system and then transforms the building's image into a new facility that will serve a full range of physician services. |
