Established in 1918, Lee University is situated on more than 60 acres in historic downtown Cleveland, Tennessee, and offers a Christian liberal arts curriculum.

The dormitory is composed of four stories with two wings for housing and a central core. The housing wings will initially provide for 252 students in 126 bedrooms. A third wing has been master planned to provide for an additional 128 students in 64 bedrooms. The bedrooms have been arranged into two bedroom suites with a shared bathroom for four students. Each wing has a central lobby on each floor for social interaction.
