The objective of the design of this 51,320 square foot facility was to renovate a deteriorating school facility into a complex which could be used by the rapidly expanding city government of Pigeon Forge.

The task involved saving as much of the existing complex as possible while at the same time creating a new image for the city government.

This facility was honored by Metal Architecture in its Renovation of the Year design competition. This competition receives entries from across the United States and Canada.
