The building provides eight teller stations,
a drive-thru window, a customer vault and
lounge. Other customer service areas include a night deposit box and an
automatic teller
machine. A community meeting room is available for use by customers of
the bank.
Administrative areas include loan offices,
administrative and clerical areas, a kitchen
and employee lounge area and a board room.
The success of the project was recognized
by the American Institute of Architects, East
Tennessee Chapter and the Tennessee Masonry Institute with a
Bronze Medal for design.
